Shipping and returns

FREIGHT
All our products are sent within Norway with 1-2 days tracking
shipping with PostNord if the product is in stock.
If the product is not in stock in our Swedish warehouse,
Your product is shipped from ours
overseas warehouses with 6-15 day trackable shipping. The order is sent from our foreign warehouse
you may also have to pay an import fee. Once your order has been shipped.
you will receive an email with a link where you can track your order.

RETURNS

If for any reason you want to return the product, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal the packaging is not damaged or the product is used . Send us an email at info@the-room.shop then we'll help you!

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed perfume bottles, make-up and hygiene products are only covered by the right of return when the seal/seal is completely intact. Furthermore, you do not have the right of cancellation on measured goods, fresh goods or goods made to special order.
